Product Warranty & Return Policy
Returns
The LOREVA Return Policy applies exclusively to orders placed directly through the LOREVA website. If your purchase was made through an authorized provider, please contact the provider directly to discuss your return.
All products ordered on the LOREVA website are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns will only be accepted and refunded if the following conditions are met:
- Hygienic Products: Certain beauty devices are hygienic and sealed inside the box or have a protection sticker. These products cannot be returned once unsealed or used.
- Complete Return: The product must include all accessories and be returned in its original packaging.
- Free Items: Any free gifts (e.g., goodie bags) received with the order must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, the gift’s price will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Condition: Products damaged due to negligence, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions will not be accepted for return.
Note: If the returned product shows signs of usage, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
Wrong Order Received
If you receive the wrong product, you have 14 days from the delivery date to claim a full refund or replacement. To qualify:
- Do not open the package; return the item in its original condition. If the wrong product is opened or used, a refund cannot be issued.
- Return postage costs for wrong orders will be refunded.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Request a return address by emailing our Customer Service Team at customercare@loreva.com.au
- Provide the reason for returning your order.
- Once your return is approved, follow the instructions provided by Customer Service to send the product back.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders are shipped at 15:00 daily. You can cancel your order before it is shipped:
- If your order was placed before 15:00, you may cancel it before 14:00 on the same day.
- If your order was placed after 15:00, you may cancel it by 09:00 the next day.
To cancel your order, email customercare@loreva.com.au Upon cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Note: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for cancellation.
Warranty
LOREVA devices are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty under normal use for 1 year from the delivery date of the original order. The warranty applies to purchases made directly through the LOREVA website or authorized providers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidents or misuse.
- Servicing by unauthorized personnel.
- Connection to incorrect power sources.
- Use with unauthorized accessories.
To file a warranty claim:
- Contact our Customer Service Team at customercare@loreva.com.au
- Provide your name, email address, and proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
- If requested, submit a short video demonstrating the fault.
Once verified, our team will guide you through the warranty claim process.
